This Frequently Asked Questions section has been designed to support you, answer the most common questions and guide you in preparing your beauty routine.
Do you offer makeup and hairstyling services for the bride and her guests?
Currently, I exclusively offer makeup services for the bride and her guests.
Hairstyling is not currently offered, but it is possible that this service will be added in the future to offer you a complete and harmonious experience for your wedding day.
In the meantime, I am working closely with local hairstylists and I can recommend some to you.
When should you book your services for a wedding?
Ideally, you should book your makeup artist 6 to 8 months before your big day, in order to guarantee your date and to arrange a trial beforehand.
Weddings in peak season fill up very quickly, and some brides can book me a year in advance!
Is an essay important and how long does it last?
The trial aims to co-create your personalized makeup.
It allows you to ensure that the makeup perfectly matches your tastes and style.
That is why it lasts on average 1 hour and 30 minutes.
During this trial, we define together the look that suits you, and we work to create only one unique one.
Adjustments can be made during the trial, but if a complete makeup overhaul proves necessary, a second trial will be required, with additional charges.
Are you travelling to the wedding venue?
Absolutely !
As a freelance makeup artist, based between Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, I travel directly to your wedding venue, in France or abroad.
For any journey exceeding 20 km round trip from my home, travel fees are applied.
These fees cover tolls and any parking fees.
All costs are included and detailed in the quote, for total transparency and a stress-free organization of your preparation on the big day.
An important detail : For journeys exceeding 50 km round trip, a minimum of 3 guests is required in addition to the bride.
What products do you use?
I only use professional, long-lasting, heat-resistant products that are perfectly suited for photography, to guarantee flawless makeup all day long.
Are alterations included in all packages?
Alterations are only included in the Excellence Package .
However, a touch-up kit is offered for any service chosen, exclusively for the bride.
It is also possible to arrange additional touch-ups for an extra charge, which includes my presence for up to 2 additional hours on site after the ceremony.
If you wish to change your makeup during the day, for example for the evening, I invite you to contact me directly so that we can define the desired style together.
What happens in case of cancellation or postponement?
In the event of cancellation or postponement of your wedding, I invite you to contact me as soon as possible so that we can find the best solution.
Cancellation : if it occurs less than 90 days before the service, the full amount of the service must be paid in accordance with the signed contract.
Postponement less than 3 months : If the wedding is postponed less than 3 months before the scheduled date and I am not available on this new date, the full service fee remains due, as the time and organization have already been reserved for you.
Postponement more than 3 months : If the wedding is postponed more than 3 months before the wedding day and I am not available, 50% of the total service fee remains due.
Guest cancellations : If a guest cancels their booking after confirmation, the full amount remains due. However, you can replace them with another person to cover the original booking.
In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., death nearby, global pandemic, major events), the situation will of course be reassessed on a case-by-case basis in a spirit of understanding and respect.
However, the deposit paid at the time of booking is still retained, as it definitively secures your date and covers the preparation beforehand.
